All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
 
AIRPORT ARRIVALS

Inside pick up for Sedan and SUVs will cost you $25 additional. Inside pick up for Stretch Limousines $50, Vans $50 and $100 for Buses. 30 min free waiting time for all Domestic Flights while 60min for all international flights. Additional waiting time will cost you as, Sedan/SUVs $1.00 per min, Vans $1.50 per min and all others $150 an hours after the free waiting time .

Wait Times and Late Policies

A chauffeur will wait 15  minutes after the scheduled pick-up time for all one-way transfers as well as airport transfers to the Airport.

For all domestic flights 30 min ( half hour) and international flights, the chauffeur will wait 60 minutes – one hour after the flight arrival time at the gate, according to the official flight information.

There after we will charge you $1.00 per min.

Payment Processing

New York Limo Net LLC reserves the right to require a credit card to secure service. New York Limo Net LLC reserves the right to require 100% of the payment prior to service in accordance with Policy. Payment must be made in accordance with the Policy, or additional charges may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For full refund, cancel your reservation; Sedan/SUV 24 hours prior, Vans 48 hours prior and 7 days prior for buses and limousines. Otherwise your reservation will be 50% charged as cancelation fee. No refund in the case of NO Show or driver on the way.
